Senior Associate, Accounting Services.

As a senior associate contributing to the Accounting Services, you will be a vital member of the accounting team. You will supervise and complete PRC financial statements and tax filing, directly reporting to our team manager.

Job description

  • Supervise and complete PRC financial statements and tax filing for medium and large clients in accordance with PRC GAAP and tax regulation
  • Supervise and complete monthly management reports under US GAAP or IFRS
  • Assist in implementing and improving the internal control procedure to meet the daily operational needs of clients
  • Providing professional advice on accounting and taxation to clients and assisting in handling special requirements or complex projects from clients
  • Handling the daily accounting work for different types of customers Independently
  • Review and supervise team members’ daily work to make sure they are providing professional and quality services to clients
  • Maintain good working relationships with clients and provide active responses to clients’ requirements
  • Conduct the training program to improve the team’s accounting technical capability and tax knowledge
  • Cooperate with other departments to provide professional services to clients
  • Responsible for the first checking of client payments approval
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisors

Job requirements & profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or related field
  • At least five years of working experience in accounting, including general ledger, receivable, payable, and cash account experience
  • Experience in ERP systems (Yonyou, Kingdee)
  • Excellent oral and written English skills
  • Chinese CERTIFIED public Accountant or overseas accounting qualification is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focus on customer service
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under appropriate pressure
  • Strong self-management and Team leadership
  • Experience in using IFRS or US GAAP is preferred
