Regional IT Manager, IT Department.

As a regional IT manager contributing to the IT Dept., you will be a vital IT team member. You will be responsible for the support, management, administration and implementation of IT services and solutions.

The Regional IT Manager actively contributes to the design and architecture of IT solutions for the group and is a permanent member of the Security, Technology, Architecture and Change Committee.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage the IT team for the region assigned
  • Monitoring and fulfilment of day-to-day support and service requests
  • Troubleshooting and resolving incidents and problems
  • Maintaining and keeping up to date the inventory of all IT assets
  • Periodic patching and updating of applications and IT infrastructure
  • Drive and implement group policies and standards
  • Gather and analyse business requirements related to IT services
  • Identify and propose improvements to IT solutions, infrastructure and processes
  • IT project planning
  • Design, evaluate, test, implement and improve IT solutions
  • Monitoring and maintaining the health of IT infrastructure, applications and backups
  • Software license usage review and optimisation
  • Develop, keep up to date and test Disaster Recovery Plan
  • Provide periodic management data and updates on the state of IT


  • Minimum five years experience in an IT leadership or managerial role
  • Minimum three years experience in an IT technical support or specialist role
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT
  • Preferably experience in the Corporate Services industry
  • Hands-on, organised and service-oriented
